When a worker taps "Clock In" in the app, Sarvaantar captures their GPS coordinates and compares them to the geo-fence boundary set for their assigned work site. If they are within the boundary, the attendance is marked as present. If outside, the system flags the attendance for supervisor review. Location is only captured at the moment of clock-in or clock-out — not tracked continuously.

Yes. Sarvaantar is built for multi-site operations. You can create and manage any number of project sites, assign workers to specific sites, and view consolidated dashboards across all sites from the admin web portal. Supervisors can only see the sites they are assigned to.

Yes. Sarvaantar is designed with an offline-first architecture. Workers can clock in/out, log tasks, take photos, and issue materials even without an internet connection. All data is stored locally on the device and automatically synced to the cloud when connectivity is restored. This is critical for sites in areas with poor network coverage.

The Interior Design ERP module helps designers manage project costs precisely. It works with two types of Bills of Quantities (BOQ): the Client BOQ (quoted to the client) and the Execution BOQ (actual cost of materials and labour). Sarvaantar allows you to create both BOQs digitally and map corresponding line items between them. The system automatically highlights discrepancies, helping you track your margin in real time. You can also upload vendor quotations and compare rates across suppliers.

Yes. Subcontractors can be added to Sarvaantar with a "Subcontractor" role. Their workers attend using the same GPS attendance system, their bills are generated automatically based on attendance and work completed, and the main contractor can review and approve bills within the app. This eliminates the manual back-and-forth that typically causes billing disputes.

Wages are calculated automatically based on attendance records, the worker's daily rate (or hourly rate), overtime rules, and any advances or deductions configured in the system. You can configure different wage structures for different worker categories (skilled, unskilled, supervisor). Payroll summaries can be exported as PDF or Excel for bank transfer processing.

Sarvaantar requires Android 8.0 (Oreo) or higher. The app is available for download on Google Play Store. For the admin web portal, any modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) on a desktop or laptop is supported.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and encrypted at rest using AES-256. Access is controlled through role-based permissions — each user can only see what their role permits.
